Welcome to Piersons Pixel Gen Store Boutique. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products and Availability

We offer physical products for sale through our website. We work to keep product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. We may update, change, or discontinue products at any time.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment is required at checkout. We may cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, product availability issue, suspected fraud, or another reasonable business concern. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping costs, delivery times, and available shipping options depend on the destination and items ordered. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy for details. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging or included materials. We cover return shipping for approved returns.
